Who we are
This policy applies to the YMD desktop application (“the App”) and related sign-in services operated by the developer contact below.
Information we process
When you choose to sign in with Google, we may process:
- Google account identifier
- Email address
- Display name
- Profile picture URL (if provided by Google)
We request only basic OpenID / profile / email permissions needed to identify your account. Sign-in tokens are stored on your device. A small cloud service (authentication proxy) helps complete Google sign-in; it does not sell your data.
How we use information
- To authenticate you in the App
- To show your account identity in the interface
- To enforce access rules set by the operator (for example, an allowlist)
Storage and retention
Session tokens remain on your computer until you sign out or they expire. Access rules may be stored on our cloud infrastructure under your control as the operator. We do not use your Google data for advertising.
Third parties
Google provides the sign-in service under Google’s own terms and privacy policy. Hosting and edge services may be provided by Cloudflare.
Your choices
You can sign out in the App at any time. You can also revoke the App’s access from your Google Account permissions page. After revocation, sign-in will stop working until you authorize again.
